An interesting place to learn about wildlife for both adults and children. In the second floor they have exhibits depicting different types of ecosystem in Sweden and Upplands in particular. There are a lot of activities organized for children in the first floor, also an aquarium depicting aquatic life in Fyris river. This museum is free to visit.
Love to spend my time here. 100% I would like to suggest this place to my friends.
It is a good place to learn and watch how Sweden's (especially Uppsala) ecosystem occurs. There are also explanations in English, which really help non-Swedish speakers to understand the dioramas.
Perfect little biology museum to visit with kids. The focus is on animals and nature in Uppsala area.
It's a place to spend at least 2-3 hours, learning much about local nature, local animals, local birds, local fishes ecosystems...
It's a place where you can take your children's to teach them about nature.
If you are in Uppsala don't miss this place.
It's a free entry place.
This place is full av knowledge for cruise kids. We had fun looking at all kinds of animals and presentations they have in films and the perfect thing is that you see in real size.
Amazing place for families with kids. Very interesting, cozy anf convenient. One of our favourite spots in Uppsala!
Nice place but too many sweets for kids: the table to sell sweets for kids is placed in the middle, so you can not miss it. When we visited this place there were no fruits to buy but many things with added sugar.
Very nice 😊 not very big, but entrance is free so it's worth the visit. Info in English and Swedish. …
